Activate your Pro license

Open chatgpt.com in Chrome with KeepChat installed.
In the ChatGPT sidebar, find the KeepChat section and click Free plan · Upgrade. If the sidebar is closed, use the floating KeepChat button.
Under Already have a license key?, paste the key from your email and click Activate.

That’s it: the folder and prompt limits disappear. To use Pro on another computer or Chrome profile, enter the same key there.

Lost your license key?

Search your inbox (and spam folder) for an email with the subject “Your KeepChat Pro license key”. The key is also shown on the page you see right after checkout. Still can’t find it? Email us from the address you used at checkout and we’ll send it again.

Manage or cancel your subscription

In the ChatGPT sidebar, click KeepChat Pro in the KeepChat section to open your plan.
Click Manage subscription. A confirmation page opens in a new tab.
Click Continue to Stripe to open Stripe’s customer portal.

In the portal you can cancel your subscription, update your payment method and see or download your invoices. The Manage subscription link in your license email opens the same page. When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. If your subscription has already ended, the button is in the notice about your license on the plan screen (click Free plan · Upgrade).

With a lifetime license there’s nothing to cancel: the button is View receipt and opens your Stripe receipt. To change between monthly, yearly and lifetime, email support@keepchat.app.br from the address you used at checkout.

If a payment failed, update your card in Manage subscription or with the link in Stripe’s payment email. Pro stays active for up to 14 days while the payment is retried.

Refunds

Not happy with Pro? Email support@keepchat.app.br within 14 days of your first purchase (monthly, yearly or lifetime) for a full refund. Renewals aren’t refundable. A refunded license is deactivated and KeepChat returns to the Free plan without deleting anything; for a monthly or yearly plan, the refund also cancels the subscription so it won’t renew. Moving to a new computer

Your folders and prompts stay in this browser. KeepChat stores them locally in the Chrome profile where you created them and doesn’t sync them between computers. Your Pro license works anywhere: just enter your key on the new computer.

Something isn’t working?

Reload the ChatGPT tab. KeepChat appears in the sidebar under ChatGPT’s own links.
Make sure you’re on chatgpt.com in Google Chrome and that KeepChat is turned on in chrome://extensions.
If Pro says it couldn’t confirm your license, check your internet connection and click Check again in the KeepChat plan dialog.
ChatGPT sometimes changes its layout. If KeepChat looks broken after a ChatGPT update, email us and we’ll fix it.

When you email us, tell us what you expected and what happened instead. Screenshots help. Please don’t include your full license key in screenshots you share publicly.
