Folders and subfolders
Group chats by project, client or topic, with folders inside folders. Drag a chat onto a folder, or use its Add to folder button. Chats open just like before.

One search box finds your filed chats and saved prompts by title, shows which folder each chat is in, and highlights matches as you type.
A prompt library that types for you
Save the prompts you reuse. Click Insert and KeepChat puts the text in the ChatGPT message box so you can review it before you send. Nothing is sent for you.

Questions and answers
Where is my data stored?
In your browser, using Chrome’s extension storage on your computer. Your folders, prompts and the list of chats you filed never leave your device. See the privacy policy for details.
Does KeepChat read my conversations?
No. KeepChat only looks at the chat links and titles in the ChatGPT sidebar so it can show them in your folders. It never reads, stores or sends the content of your conversations.
Do I need an account?
No. Install it and start organizing. Pro uses a license key that we email to you after checkout. There’s nothing to sign in to.
Do my folders sync between computers?
No. KeepChat stores everything locally in your browser. Your Pro license works on your other computers too: just enter the same key.
What happens if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. All your folders, chats and prompts stay where they are. You just can’t create new folders or prompts beyond the Free limits until you upgrade again.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Click Manage subscription on the KeepChat plan screen to cancel in Stripe’s customer portal, where you can also update your card and get invoices. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. See Support.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support@keepchat.app.br within 14 days of your first purchase (monthly, yearly or lifetime) for a full refund. Renewals aren’t refundable. A refunded license is deactivated, and a refunded subscription is canceled. See the refund terms.
Does Pro work offline?
Yes. KeepChat confirms your license about once a day. If it can’t reach our server, Pro keeps working for up to 14 days.
Which browsers does it support?
Google Chrome on desktop, with ChatGPT at chatgpt.com.
Is KeepChat made by OpenAI?
No. KeepChat is an independent product by Clebert Labs. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI.
